1. This test MUST be arranged by clinicians directly with the referral laboratory before samples are taken. Full instructions and request forms are available here. 2. The Biochemistry laboratories on the RSCH and PRH sites will store the frozen samples but cannot arrange a courier without a PO number from the requestor's department.
