Only required in monitoring drug clearance in high dose IV therapy. These samples are routinely sent direct from the wards according to local protocols and NOT via the laboratory. For patients on oral methotrexate, serum drug levels are not routinely required to monitor treatment. Monitor FBC, U&E and LFT. |
